Lunch Club

Is for mainly elderly members of our parish, open to anyone, meets fortnightly on a Monday.

A social club starts from 11am in the small Hall, followed by the meal. This is a two course hot meal cooked by trained volunteers on the premises followed by a hot drink. Cost is £2.50.

We have a mini bus that will pick up anyone unable to physically make their own way because of disability. It’s a door to door return service, cost £1.00.

Slightly Spritely

Is an exercise group for the over fifties, we start with 20 minutes seated gentle mobility exercises to music. Then begin stand up aerobic movements also to music everyone does as much or as little as they feel able.

A refreshing cuppa and a chat ends the session. We meet every Friday during school terms, and any one is free to join us. Cost £1.00 per session.
